A luxurious and compact stainless steel table smoker for preparing delicious meat and fish dishes. The smoker consists of a frame, a smoking dish with lid, grid and two burners. The extra large drip tray prevents fat and liquid from burning. Ideal for smoking small to medium-sized fish at the campsite, on the bank or in the garden. Easy to clean and pack away. It has a heat resistant plastic lid handle and a closable smoke vent. The side handles clip over to hold the lid firmly in place. The side vents face downwards so you can even cook in the rain. This portable Fish Smoker is ideal for hot-smoking of freshly caught fish on the bank. H27 W42 D12cm. Do not use indoors. Remove all polyethene film before use. Recommend to fill burners halfway for approx 20-25 minutes burn time.
