INTRODUCTION

Through Shop Pay Instalments, Great Outdoors Superstore Ltd T/A Anglers Corner offer either Pay now, Pay in 3 monthly, interest free instalments or Pay in monthly instalments options.
For the purpose of this FAQ any reference to 'Anglers Corner' refers to Great Outdoors Superstore Ltd which trades as Anglers Corner.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

When you choose to pay using Shop Pay Instalments at checkout, your repayment plan is provided by the instalment provider. Anglers Corner sells the goods - the instalment agreement is between you and the provider. All instalment options and eligibility checks are performed at checkout and are subject to the provider's terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Available to UK residents aged 18 or over with a valid UK billing address.
  • Purchases must be in GBP; minimum and maximum order values may apply.
  • Eligible payment methods (e.g., most debit cards) are required - credit cards may not always be accepted depending on the plan.

3. Payment options & schedule

The first payment may be due at checkout or shortly after; subsequent payments are automatically collected according to the chosen plan.

4. Refunds & returns

Returns and refunds follow Anglers Corner's standard returns policy. If you return goods paid for via instalments, we will process the refund with the instalment provider - your outstanding balance or future instalments will be adjusted accordingly. The treatment of interest already paid depends on the provider's policy.

5. Credit checking & credit reporting

The provider may perform a credit check (soft or hard) as part of assessing eligibility. Depending on the provider and plan, the account may be reported to credit reference agencies.

6. Lender & regulatory info

Credit is provided by the instalment provider and is subject to their terms and regulatory authorisations. Anglers Corner is not the lender and does not control the provider's lending decisions.
