For all customers who are signed up to our Loyalty Points Programme, we would like to bring to your attention an update that will temporarily affect your account.
Due to circumstances beyond our control we will be temporarily suspending the earning and redeeming of Loyalty Point Rewards as of 8th May 2024. This is so we can perform essential maintenance work on our systems.
We anticipate that the maintenance should be concluded within a few weeks but are unable to provide an exact resume date. We will update our website with details once the scheme resumes.
