Price Promise

We love fishing and we know you do too, which is why we like to see our customers return time and time again. As a commitment to our customers we offer our 'Price Promise', if you see one of our products sold for less by one of our competitors, we'll do our best to beat it or match it!*

How to claim:

If you see any of our products being sold for less by any UK based high street retailer, simply supply us with the competitor's name, details of where you have seen the offer and the price amount itself. We will then verify it and get back to you.

*Terms & Conditions

  • The product you are enquiring about must be of the current season. Must also identically match ours in terms of: colour, style & size. Must also be offered on the same terms.
  • The product must be in stock by the competitor in question at the time of enquiry.
  • If you see the product online delivery, postage/packaging and VAT must be included in the price.
  • The product must currently be in stock by us.
  • We 'Price Promise' against UK mainland high street competitors only. The offer does not apply to web only retailers (& their showrooms) and auction sites. Other exclusions include: mail order competitors, factory outlets, duty free stores, membership clubs, shopping TV channels, market stalls, private sales and liquidation / closing down / insolvency.
  • We cannot 'Price Promise' against competitor gift vouchers.
  • We will not price match errors. If a price is found to be a typographical error it will be exempt.
  • Verification of the competitor's price must be possible by us at the time of enquiry. Our 'Price Promise' will only apply once this has been satisfied.
  • The following are excluded: affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount codes.
  • Our 'Price Promise' is limited to matching the price only (provided it has met our terms and conditions). We do not promise to match our competitor's price match policies or any additional benefits theirs may have.
  • We reserve the right to make decisions on a 'per customer' basis.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any of our other offers.
  • Our 'Price Promise' is carried out at our discretion, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without notice.
