You then load the feeding chamber by sliding it up and packing in slightly soaked feeder pellets, the release time will vary dependant upon how firm you press the pellet feed into the chamber. Cast in and wait for the magic, the feed is gradually forced up like a volcano and trickles down over your hook bait.
